I am a cheater.
(hamburger & onions in Clay Coyote pot)
Okay time for a confession. I haven't fried hamburger in a pan on my stove in YEARS.
I put it in my Clay Coyote Cassoulet: http://www.claycoyote.com/index.cfm/Stoneware-Pottery-Cassole-(-Cassoulet-Pot-)/n/fuseaction/product.display/product_id/12/
then put it in the microwave. I put it in for 2 minutes increments. Taking it out each time, and breaking it up and then putting it back in. It takes about 10 minutes. Zero splatter. If I am making spaghetti sauce, I throw that in once it is cooked and microwave a bit more. Done. All in one pot. NICE~

Grandma Eleanors Secret Jello Recipe (wink wink)
My Grandma Eleanor makes a lot of good food, but this is one of my favorite things she makes...
1 - box sugar free strawberry jello
1 - honey crisp apple
1 - fat free cool whip
Now pay attention this a very difficult recipe. First prepare the jello according to the box, next cut apple into small pieces, add to jello. Put in fridge to set.
Once set, scoop into a bowl, top with cool whip, don't be shy with the cool whip and eat.

Breakfast for dinner.
This is one of our favorite dinners and I always have the ingredients on hand.
1 - bag Orieda Potatoes O'Brien
1 - Jim Dean sausage roll (reduced fat)
Eggs
So there are two options.
If I need it to be a quick - quick dinner...I fry up the sausage and potatoes (according to the package) seperately. Once these are done, put them into one pan, then add scrambled eggs 4-5 or them and put on lid, cook and stir until the eggs are done. My kids love this with ketchup! Oh okay I do too!
If you have more time...
Layer (in a 9x13 pan) frozen potatoes, cooked sausage, cheese (not included above), mix 8 eggs & some milk and pour over the potatoes, sausage, cheese and bake at 350 for an hour.
I love this stuff, I remember my dad making this for us on the weekends, he would use left over baked potatoes tho, I love it then, I love it now!

I heart this cheese.
I S.E.R.I.O.U.S.L.Y love this cheese and so do my kids.
We love it on french bread, or toasted english muffins or on wheat thins or our favorite is to make ham and pickle wraps in torillas or flat out wraps. Spread the laughing cow on the wrap, add ham and some thinly sliced pickles and wrap them up...yummo!
